Dead Butt Syndrome Clinic

  • Generation Yoga 6514 HWY 90 Sugar Land, TX 77498 United States (map)

Are you suffering from DEAD BUTT SYNDROME?

What is DEAD BUTT SYNDROME, you ask? It means that during the day and even while doing booty exercises AND even listening to your trainer's or yoga teachers' cues, your gluteus muscles are not firing.

Why does this matter? BECAUSE GLUTES ARE EVERYTHING. If your glutes aren't firing, then your pelvis isn't stable. If your pelvis isn't stable, then your spine isn't happy and even your shoulders will get all wacky. And, it also means that you will have quite literally ZERO access to your gorgeous pelvic floor muscles.

Join Courtney Wyckoff, CPT, CES of Momma Strong and Brandie Mitchell RN, LMT of Well Family for a GLUTES CLINIC that will help you treat this once and for all. They will work like mad scientists to get YOUR bum firing. They won't quit until everyone feels the bum burn. You may cry. You'll be like," ALL MY PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN IN MY ARSE ALL ALONG." And they'll say, "I know, there there. You're safe now."

IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, YOUR ISSUE MIGHT BE IN YOUR CHEEKS.  AND WE'VE GOT THE WAY TO GET THEM AWAKE.

(WE WON'T LET YOU GO HOME UNTIL THEY ARE FIRING.)

  • Knee pain
  • Prolapse
  • Diastasis Recti
  • Incontinence
  • Hip pain/tightness
  • Pelvis pain
  • Disc issues
  • Ankle weakness
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Chronic neck and upper back spasms
  • Hernia
  • Feet that turn outwards
  • Tucked pelvis
  • Pain in joints and body upon awakening
  • Overall crunchy, achey feeling
  • Poor results in current fitness program, no matter how awesome it is

About Courtney Wyckoff, CPT, CES

Courtney is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, with 16 years experience in the field of fitness, nutrition, and injury prevention/treatment. She has been working exclusively with pre- and postnatal women for the last 7 years, which has allowed her the opportunity to see how seldom women in this country get the sort of support and information they need to truly re-integrate their core, nervous system, and biomechanical performance after childbirth. She has multiple advanced and clinical specializations in pelvic stabilization, core integration, and resiliency training. Most importantly, though, through her work that founded Momma Strong, Courtney has healed her own body of numerous injuries that formerly sidelined her from an active and adventurous life.
